The Pandemic did not hinder the boy scouts to participate in Patrol Leader Training Course (PLTC). The PLTC was held last May 14-16, 2021, participants to this were learners from grades four, five and six.

The objective of the said training was to identify the role, duties, responsibilities and demonstrate skills necessary to fulfill the role of a Patrol Leader. Other than that, Patrol leaders carry out planning, leading, and evaluating patrol meetings and activities, and assure patrols are prepared to participate in all troop activities. They keep their patrol intact so they can work together and share responsibilities to get things done.

BES II headed by the school BSP coordinator sent 15 participants to the PLTC with Sctr. Jupiter Luna served as their unit leader. The scouts were thrilled to learn and become future patrol leaders.

Because of their determination, cooperation, being attentive and obedient shown during the training, they received several awards. The BES II Mighty Wolves (patrol name) was awarded as the Most Punctual Patrol in Submitting STA Outputs. Aside from that Steven Leonard Alvarez (the assigned patrol leader) was promoted as Permanent Senior Patrol Leader and awarded as one of the Best Dancer while Nash Justin Bolocon as the best in Badaging and Denz Dale Aaron Tan as the new Patrol leader.
